Individual Therapy for
First Responders

Support for what you carry at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

You spend a lot of time being the person others rely on. But stress, difficult experiences, and the weight of everyday life can build over time. Therapy gives you a space to work through what you’re carrying and find a way forward.

WHEN THE JOB FOLLOWS YOU HOME

Something needs to change, even if you can't say what.

Maybe there's a call you can't seem to shake, or years of things that have gradually worn you down. You might feel more irritable, disconnected, on edge, or exhausted than you used to. You may have trouble leaving work at work, staying present at home, sleeping, or feeling much of anything at all.

Sometimes you can't point to one particular problem. You just know something needs to change

You don't need a work-related reason to come to therapy.

Sometimes, what brings you to therapy has nothing to do with the job. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, grief, past experiences, or something you've been carrying long before you ever put on a uniform.

THERAPY THAT UNDERSTANDS THE JOB

You shouldn't have to explain why the job is different.

I work with current, former, and retired first responders, including:

I understand that this work comes with its own culture, expectations, and ways of coping. You shouldn't have to spend half of therapy explaining why the job is different.

Therapy with me is straightforward, practical, and tailored to you. We can work through trauma, manage the effects of chronic stress, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, or figure out why you feel stuck.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Therapy may be helpful if you are:
