EMDR Intensives
More time and space to do the work.
Sometimes an hour a week doesn't feel like enough time to do the work you need to do.
EMDR intensives provide a longer, focused block of therapy dedicated to trauma processing, giving us more uninterrupted time to work through a specific target or set of related experiences.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
When an hour at a time isn't enough.
Instead of starting the work and having to stop when the session ends, an intensive gives us more uninterrupted time to stay with the work.
An intensive may be a good fit if you have a particular event you want to address, you're ready to focus more deeply on trauma work, or your schedule makes traditional weekly therapy difficult.
More focused time for EMDR.
