Individual Therapy for Medical Professionals & Other
High-Stress Careers

Some jobs ask you to keep going no matter what is happening around you.
You may spend your days making important decisions, caring for other people, managing emergencies, or carrying responsibilities that don't simply disappear when your shift ends.

THE PRESSURE OF HOLDING IT TOGETHER

Running on empty for too long.

Healthcare and medical professionals, educators, public safety professionals, and others in high-stress careers can experience chronic stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, difficult workplace experiences, and the pressure of always needing to hold it together.

Maybe you're exhausted but can't slow down. Maybe you're having trouble sleeping, feeling more irritable than usual, or finding it harder to be present with the people you care about. You may have experienced something at work that continues to bother you, or you may simply feel like you've been running on empty for too long.

You don't need to have a work-related concern to come to therapy.

And sometimes the reason you're looking for therapy has nothing to do with your career. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, family concerns, past experiences, or something else entirely.

My clinical work focuses heavily on trauma and high-stress occupational environments, particularly first responders. I bring that experience into working with other professionals who spend their working lives under significant pressure, while recognizing that every profession and every person has its own culture and challenges.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to what you need. We can work on stress and burnout, process difficult experiences, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, or address whatever else is getting in the way of feeling like yourself.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Therapy may be helpful if you are:
